Welcome Everyone to the Arias Family Reunion Website
Here you will find Details about our upcoming trip including itinerary, attire, cost and tips! I hope everyone is as excited as we are to come together and celebrate family, love and achievements of one another! if you have any questions not answered below please call me Carolina Moscoso-Johnson - 973-234-2135 The reunion will take place in Dominican Republic July 27th – August 1st We recommend flying into Santo Domingo as that is where the festivities will start. We will then be having transportation to La Romana for the all-inclusive portion of our trip! As Always, bring your smiling faces and let’s make some memories with all the family that we are able to connect with! July 27th Welcome Arias Family Arrival to Santo Domingo “la Capital” Night Time City Tour dinner at local restaurant on your own July 28th Celebration of life of Ana Arias de Peña (Dona Ani) 9am - Breakfast on your own 10am- Cemetery Puerta del cielo visit Time TBA - Memorial Mass at Iglesia San Antonio White attire requested but not mandatory! 8pm -Dinner at Jalaó in the Zona Colonial July 29th Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus 8:30am Meet to board transportation to La Romana – Please arrive on time to avoid additional charges from the transportation company. Location for Pick up: TBA 12pm arrive to Iberostar for Arias Family Welcome Check in and cocktail hour July 30th Soak in the Sun! TBA - Group Excursions – Cash is recommended 7:30pm – Dinner Dance Party! Grease party Attire!! Refer to the movie to help choosing your attire July 31st Pool Side Luau Family Pictures on the beach with our Family T-Shirts More details to come! Hotel Accommodations
Iberostar Hacienda Domincus La Romana The estimated charges for the hotel is about 100 per person per night 1st Child under 13 is free with 2 adults in a room Hotel will not accommodate more three adults/child to check into a room Please make reservations using the following code Arias Family Reunion Attire Above we mentioned a couple different attire requests, even though it is not mandatory it is requested T-Shirt design is being finalized, cost of t-shirt will be $15/per person– this t-shirt will be for our family pictures Transportation We will be coordinating the transportation from Santo Domingo to La Romana Please estimate 35/per person round trip including tip |
